I was also forced to steal from my home when i was a teen. Actually i got into a bad company and thus i was into smoking and in order to hide this habit,. i started telling lies. Soon to fund for smoking, i took to stealing but i realized pretty soon and confided in my parents who guided me then.

Friends instigate crimes by perceiving as a brave act. In order to fit into the group, teens take into crimes. What starts off as once in a time soon becomes a regular activity.

Teens are influenced greatly with their friends. If a teenager witnesses his friends having drugs, they may want to participate in that behavior as well, because they perceive it as "cool" and don't want to be labeled an outsider.this is also applicable to crimes and teens.
